Welcome to CornJobs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our monitoring platform, API endpoints, pinger utilities, and speed dashboard. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Usage & Accounts

To access monitoring features, you must register a verified user account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You agree not to use the platform for malicious activity, including launching denial-of-service pings or scanning unauthorized endpoints.

2. Resource Rules & Policies

We provide programmatic health checks and Lighthouse audits to verify webpage speeds:

• Lighthouse performance scans launch headless Chrome browsers and create CPU usage. To maintain server stability, automated cron runs reuse cached audit metrics if an audit occurred within the past hour.
• Users can manually override and force pings or Lighthouse audits on demand, subject to reasonable system rate-limiting rules.

3. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

CornJobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver precise, real-time uptime percentages, latency analytics, and email outage warning dispatches, we do not warrant that checking intervals will remain uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our health-checking dashboard constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
